We are pleased to announce that our HLCTM computer controlled Compression Testing Machines have completed commissioning and are running well. The machines have passed their final inspection and are now ready for shipment to our customer.

The HLCTM series is a servo-Hydraulic Compression Testing Machine built to provide a reliable means of compressive testing on containers, masonry units, concrete cubes and cylinders, hollow blocks and various other materials in accordance with European and British standards, which require a ball-seated upper platen and self-centering lower platens. It is also suited to high-capacity compression, bend/flex and crush testing of building materials, rubbers and some other composites used in special applications.

A servo-controlled hydraulic system provides closed-loop control of load, displacement and deformation through the whole test procedure, and the three control modes can be freely programmed together. Test space adjustment and the test process are controlled from the software, and the results are transferred to the computer for further analysis.
